Important Message

The way you log in to CRP is changing. From 17th November onwards you will need to log in to CRP through Agent Portal (agentportal.moneygram.com).

MoneyGram employees who have access to CRP today should request the following roles in IDIQ:

         
• Agent Portal Compliance User – select this role if you need to view reports in CRP
• Agent Portal Compliance Administrator – select this role if you need to administer users for CRP

Select both roles if you need to do both.

All CRP agent users with an access already to Agent Portal (identified based on the email address) will automatically get assigned in Agent Portal with the new CRP roles to maintain their access. All CRP agent users who do not currently have access to Agent Portal will need to request access before 17th November via Servicing.
